Episode 44 examines the controversy over the construction of Interstate Highway 4 through and around Orlando and the unequal amount of influence exerted on the building of the road by different interest groups and parties involved. I-4 was one of the first Interstate Highways constructed in Florida, with its first section opening between Plant City and Lakeland in 1959.
