Description
Seminole County students at the 4-H Tropicana Public Speaking Contest in 2002. The contest has been sponsored by Florida 4-H, a youth organization focusing on four development areaS: head, heart, hands, and health. The contest includes fourth, fifth, and sixth graders who practice public speaking. The 4-H Tropicana Public Speaking Contest has also been sponsored by Tropicana since 1969.
