The meeting minutes from the shareholders' meeting of The Oviedo Voice, Inc. held on April 15, 1993. <em>The Oviedo Voice</em>, was the local newspaper that served Oviedo, Florida and its surrounding communities for nearly 23 years. A few of the shareholders' are descendants of Oviedo's Founding families, including Arthur Evans and Ces Lawton. The bulk of the minutes written by Secretary Frances Crews focused on the officer nominations for the new board. Other discussion included advertisement sales, a new computer accounting system, and a telemarking program.
