Transcript

March 30 1922

Mr. S.O. Chase,
Sanford, Florida.

Dear Syd:

I got tangled up in a golf game yesterday and did not call on the Ingrahams. Understand from some friends that Mr. Ingraham is about the same but that Mrs. Ingraham is better than she was.

Expect to run over to Hastings during the potato shipping season and this will give me a chance to see Mr. Ingraham in the very near future.

The next time you are in St. Augustine would advise you visit the Country Club as it is one of the best of its kind in Florida. It is not an expensive proposition but takes care of the people splendidly and is so well eept[?] The manager is a corker.

Yours very truly,

JCC/s
