The home of Annie Ethel Lee Carter, located on Lake Charm Circle in Oviedo, Florida, in the 1950s. Carter was the daughter of Orange County Commissioner James Hiram Lee, Sr. (1844-1920) and Laura Agusta Barnett Lee (1851-1940). She was also the wife of Walter Pascal Carter (1879-1939).
